Desert Eagle/Magnum Nerf For Realism

nerfs the magnum pistol so that it uses AMMO_TYPE_PISTOL instead of the normal magnum ammo and also increases the damage from 80 to 85 + a minor fire rate increase

basically what this does is it stops the magnum from one shotting common infected on realism

all stats are the same except the fire rate which got barely buffed and i increased the damage by a whopping 5 points so the magnum now 3 shots common infected on expert realism like the sniper rifles do to make sure its not over powered anymore

still one shots common infected on campaign expert and below
