StartallEX fireBullets module

Description
Adds Entity:fireBullets(BulletInfo) to starfallEX. BulletInfo is the standard bullet structure that gmod uses, found here[wiki.garrysmod.com]

Somethings to note: you can not change the attacker of the bullet structure, this is to prevent abuse. You can only fire up to 20 bullets per shot
