Description
This is a legacy version of my mod, Expanded Stellaris Ascension . I am planning major changes to that mod, including removing and restructuring a lot of stuff. Hence I have made this version to save some stuff.

Follow the link in the description for an up to date version, if you do not want 2.5, this might work to some extent.

So this is the 2.0 Legacy version? If it is, do you have a 2.3.3 version?
