Welcome to the Gulf of Tonkin Yacht Club, commander!
Operation Rolling Thunder continues apace for the Navy. For the next 24 hours, you will be overseeing air operations for Task Force 77, on station at Yankee Point and conducting strikes on North Vietnam. The targets for today, located in the USN's area of air operations at Route Packages 2, 3, 4 and 6B, have just been assigned with direct oversight from the White House. It is sure to be a long day.
This is a dynamic mission which makes extensive use of Command's event scripting features - your strike force and starting conditions, your targets, and your enemy's SAM defenses (and to a lesser extent MiG patrols) are generated when you start the scenario, and are sure to create a different experience every time you play. Rather than accurately recreating any specific action, this mission is meant to put you in the shoes of the air commander, always facing some uncertainty and risk. Your task force of 3 carriers will be picked from a combination of a total 9 ships, each with a historically-accurate squadron roster from mid-late 1966.You will command the air groups of the carriers (though not the carriers themselves), which are doing their turns in the strike line at Yankee Station today. The first is already on station for its 12-hour shift, while the other two will arrive for theirs 6 and 12 hours from now. You'll be choosing the targets, arming the planes, and sending them into the North. Good luck!

Hello,Skysg1,My grandfather is the Chinese sapper in the vietnam during 1966-1970, he shoot down the William J. Baugh and Donald R. Spoon's F4C,#0810 on 21st,Jan 1967. He gave a map which shows the Air Defense Set up near by the Kep. Please added my friend, i will show how this AAA being set up.

In my recent playthrough TG 77.1 just stops mid-way and is sitting there. TG 77.2 is overtaking it right now. I guess a waypoint or speed setting got lost somewhere.

All the units on US side are marked Allies?? There are no units to play.. even after I run the scenario a few seconds

Yes, the red targets are "the list". There is no other.

PS: Will there be an update to this fantastic scenario that I love to play so much?

Probably a dumb question, but where do the target lists appear? Should I assume that the visible contacts that appear when the mission is generated are the "list" or is there an actual list somewhere? I'm playing the scenario on the new CMO, maybe that's interfering with the list popping up?
