This gun once belonged to a world class private surgeon, her near almost non-existent donor waiting times secured her position as one of the singularly most sought after medical professional in the US. Although her skill with a scalpel truly was something to marvel at, she slaughtered far more people than she saved. to keep her organ stocks full and waiting list flowing, she saw it fit to take sourcing into her own hands. She needed a rifle that could kill a man in a single shot to the head, preserving the rest of the body for harvest.

Designed after her line of work, the rifle is depicted as though it were alive, with visible organs and bones nested within the natural crevasses of the gun, with streaks of blood staining the underside. It also features two engravings of an anatomically correct heart: one on the body and the other on the silencer. There are bloodied fingerprints plastered on the bolt and lastly, you can see the zoomed in image of the operator's eye down the three sniper optics.
