I fixed your mod you just need to add
name="Expanded Stellaris Traditions 2.3"
archive="Expanded Stellaris Traditions 2.3.zip"
to the descriptor.mod, take everything and slap it into a zip file for it to work on 2.3
Kivero told you what was wrong immediately. took me like 10 minutes...

Thanks, however, are you sure that those are from my mod? They seem to refer to files which this mod does not involve?

There are seven versions of your EST on the Steam workshop. I picked #1901244246 as the latest one and spent two days over-hauling the mod script (code) so as to run error free with Stellaris 2.6.1. By "error free" I mean that I cleared up the majority of the errors recorded in the game's error.log file.

Your newest #94622466 mod still records errors in the error log. I am listing them on your web-page for the newer code.

@Felinis
Sorry, but this is not the est mod that should be updated to 2.6? This is stuck to 2.3.
Also what code and what problems?
Felinis 19 Mar, 2020 @ 5:37pm
I have updated your EST mod to .version 2.6.1.
Please accept my "Friend" invitation and allow me to contact you to allow me to transfer the new code and to discuss the remaining problems.

That suggestion just felt a little bit over the top. It seems excessive, especially considering the amount of work. Can anyone else confirm whether the mod works/nor works for them?

I asked a couple of modder-friends and they said it might just be a case of the workshop causing the issue. They suggested reuploading the mod.

Yeah, the 2.4 change was a big mess. Hopefully, it will prove to be worth it in the long time... Now worries.

The only reason I play with the 2.3 legacy verison is because most mods haven't updated past 2.3.3, due to 2.4 onwards having the paradox launcher, and alot of modders don't want to deal with that. So like all the mods I play with still have it at 2.3.3.
