This package contains residential buildings as assets for the Schönbau. It contains 18 original models from the Bochum (DE) area, including a church and 3 garage types.

Vanilla materials are used 99% of the time, so these assets do not require any significant additional performance.

For each building, there are numerous settings that affect the model and texture. More than 1,500 different variants form the basis for a varied beautiful building. In the future, many new functions are planned that will clearly distinguish this asset package from existing alternatives.
