Have you ever wondered what “hidden” powers you have missed out on in Skyrim? This guide is a collection of all passive buffs you can gain with completing certain side quests in Skyrim. Note that we will only focus on permanent and switchable buffs. While racial, item, Black Books and Standing stone buffs will not be covered here as there are other guides that cover this. (I might do these in my own way later)
We will start with the easiest to obtain to the hard ones, none of the quests/buffs are given out "for free" so be prepared to do dungeons runs, or several quests to obtain them.

This buff gives you +15% magic resist, in order to obtain it you have to complete the quest "The Book of Love". Generally easiest to obtain and gives a decent reward.

Gives you a 10% boost in healing with Restoration spells as well as a 10% boost with the Avoid Death perk. Not great, not terrible.

Makes you do more damage to NPC's of the other gender, precisely 10% more of physical damage.

Increases Your Smithing leveling speed by 15%, as well as 25% increase in Armor Rating from Dwarven Armor, really useful if you wanna farm Smithing, can be OK for the Dwarven armor boost.

Obtainable from the quest "Unfathomable Depths"[elderscrolls.fandom.com]

After meeting Paarthurnax you can choose between 3 passive buffs to boost your shouts:

Fus: Buffs Unrelenting Force giving you 25% of both chance of staggering opponents and the same time 25% resistance of being staggered.
Feim: Increased HP regeneration while ethereal, useful only with vampires or with Become Ethereal shout.
Yol: Increases Fire Breath shout damage by 25%, also but rarely used, increases fre damage in cases of Weakness to fire poisons being placed in pockets.

Rebuilding the Blades [elderscrolls.fandom.com]
Dragon Hunting [elderscrolls.fandom.com]

Is obtained from the Blades Quest Dragon Research[elderscrolls.fandom.com]
Makes you 25% more resistant to melee Dragon attacks

One of my favorites, gives you a 25% chance to duplicate a potion you created, the possibilities are endless! :D

Okay, its not that great, but still it's quite nice to have, obtainable thru the farming quest [elderscrolls.fandom.com]

Okay, if you got this one, I take my hat off (if I had one) for you, jokes aside, to you who finished this quest without mods or console commands you have my respect.

Gives you more chance to find gems in containers, It’s obtainable thru the quest No Stone unturned [elderscrolls.fandom.com]
Personally I never completed this quest yet :)

Will only work with the Unofficial Skyrim patch, as most people use that patch I will include it in the guide, thanks to Jeff for pointing this out!

Gives you a 15% speed increase in the Speech skill
One of the lengthy quests, as you need to complete several Bards College quests to obtain it,
