A refresh of the oldschool BaseWars gamemode from back in the day!

This addon is a slight fork of the following addon:

This addon is the exact same with the server fixes, but with shell functionality restored. This addon simply adds as a means to modify damage values of weapons while lowering file size in downloading. Do not use on personal client.
