Description
GAPS played a significant role in the inspiration of this mod. GAPS, Tropius, Slime Ranger, Metal Dragons and my own inability to manage Alloys...

But only 1 of those things is the mod that inspired it so its only reasonable that I make my mod compatible with the main source of inspiration. Especially since I had to look at and use the code from it to make this in the first place.

None of those mods make changes to the pop_categories file. Are you using any mods that effect machine hives as well? Since machine and organic hive pops are lumped together for some stupid reason...

Thats the only thing I can think of currently that would cause your issue.

Oh I misread that. I thought you meant you deactivated the mods. You just where not using their stuff. Even if you do not use the stuff they still have their code injected into the game

As long as they are not activated they shouldnt effect. Also if they where the issue then having them active should have just stopped it from working entierly... Ill look into it

Yep just not hiveminds. I am using 3 mods that effect hive minds Complex Organic Structures and Guilli's Bioform Hive Mind and Unofficial Hive DLC: Forgotten Queens. I tried not using any of the content from those mods in my species build but that didn't work. I didn't try uninstalling them tho.

I know of no reason they would not work with hiveminds but its possible I overlooked something. Do they work for you on normal empires?

Hello I'm loving the mod but I noticed It wasn't working with hive minds. Is this because I'm using other mods or are they not meant for hive minds?
