Description

I looked everywhere for a mod that would remove the light grey border from the Hull Panel block but couldn't find anything! So I said "screw it" and decided to try my hand at doing it myself. I also enhanced some of the colors so they weren't so ugly. Please tell me if this breaks anything as this is my first mod and I don't know what I'm doing. Thank you!

NOTE: THIS DOES NOT ADD BLOCKS, THIS CHANGES THE EXISTING HULL PANEL BLOCK
