More fun than regular warheads!!

Tactical Fusion Warhead
Small Grid
30m Radius
1,000,000 Damage

Increased explosives cost.

If anyone knows how to change the explosion effects and doesn't mind helping me, hit me up!
Default models because I suck at 3d modeling. Possible balance changes to come.
