Tree Sway

Most of the in game plants now sway in the wind. I used clever texture proxy tricks to do this since $treesway does not exist in Act I.

To sum it up:
Leaves and branches on the trees, bushes, the blades on the grass... they are now affected by wind and move like there was an actual wind blowing on them. This increases immersion and realism of the in game foliage
