Playtime: min. 3-6 hours (Victory/Defeat Endings)

- Capture military installations from a CSAT-backed hostile guerilla force and push the enemy into the Atlantic.
- Gain reinforcements, or reduce those of the enemy through many various and diverse side missions.
- Unlock improved loadouts for each class (including recruitable AI) through the completion of supply missions.
- Gather a wide range of vehicle and support rewards by working for various distinct contacts across the island.
- Progress through the various phases of the operation and undergo dramatic shifts in regards to warfare, available assets and environments.
- Play by yourself, with a few buddies or as a fully-staffed squad or substitute open spots with recruitable AI.
- Be a freedom fighter for a people's militia, with a distinct, but changing look, as the szenario progresses.
- Start missions on your own accord, talk to the marked people to start the respective side mission.
- This mission can be run on dedicated servers.
- Enable/Disable ear plugs & ability to holster weapons in the parameters.
- The mission will run comparatively smooth and is fairly easy on the CPU.
- The mission is adjusted to the recently released 1.94 patch.

After years of a civil strive and unrest on Malden, a rift in the small country's military has fully divided the local armed forces into two major factions.

Though they have grown highly unpopular among the civilian population, the larger faction has realigned itself politically and has become very cozy with CSAT.
In return for guarding CSAT economic intersts on the island, the Malden Armed Forces enjoy limited logistical support and military advice in the form of a small contigency of CSAT forces on the island.

The smaller splinter faction, the Malden Republican Militia has stood with Malden's formerly warm ties to Europe and the forces' sworn commitment to uphold the constitutional democracy of the small island-nation.
Driven into more remote parts of the island, the MRM is making moves to take on their former brothers in arms to prevent the island from becoming a CSAT satellite.

I've increased the trigger area and decreased the timer for the LZ mission, so long you stick around for a minute or two after defeating all enemies on site it should be completed. If you find any other issues, let me know, I've written this mission by myself and only had limited opportunities to stress test everything in proper multiplayer matches, so feedback is appreciated :)

Thank you! For the LZ mission completion, some message or indication that you are in the right place, and that a timer is progressing (or that you have to stay there for a time) would probably make it clear. I think we all ran off excitedly looting bodies! We also blew up the three storage modules we found there, thinking that might have been the necessary requirement. One or two of the defending enemy infantry might have wandered off and become lost, too.

@Loophole, also I have checked the LZ mission script, the mission advances based on a trigger that will be fired if BLUFOR is within a 150m radius of the LZ marker for somewhere between 1 and 2 minutes, I will shorten the trigger time and expand the radius but the mission itself should not really be broken, just slow.

@Loophole, I'll look into those issues as soon as I have a chance, in regards to the Contact DLC stuff, there are alternative loadouts available for the light and the advanced kits that do not use content from that DLC, unlock the first supply mission and the two different options will show up at the supply crates, one with, one without Contact DLC stuff.

And there doesn't seem to be any slot capable of operating the vehicle repair depot.

The mission seems to be a lot of fun, but my group is having lots of problems with premium Contact DLC content turning up in their kits or as vehicles in the mission, and hence being unusable by them. The "Secure LZ" mission didn't complete despite our destroying everything there (and stealing the vehicles). We had difficulty finding the right contact at the Vehicle depot, but eventually somebody stumbled on to the right NPC.

Oh no, I think I know what's up, could have been more straight forward. If you wo weapons supply missions, you will unlock improved kits available from the resupply caches at the spawn points, very close to the guy that gave you the mission should be a box, with every mission you complete you will receive more options to choose from at that box.

i honestly dont know i did one to be able to resupply then i did another that i believe was a weapons one where i had to kill some officals in the south part of map and that theyd have useful gear and it just put a check in the box and nothing else. was the gear maybe on them or was it supposed to open up a crate thats where im confused.
