Yes, this mod edits UI to change sounds. This is because sounds files are very hard to access and edit.
This means it breaks achievements and will conflict with other mods that change unit list, macro-builder or province view.
Is there a solution? I am honestly not sure.

(You will also notice that there is no sound if you repeatedly click on the same city. But there is sound when switching between cities. I don't actually know where that one is and until I find it, I just removed the click #todo)
