Iron cuffs

Description
Add ability to craft iron cuffs.

"Handcuffs and legcuffs. They stop you from running and doing a lot of things. They will trip you up in combat."

- goes into the belt slot
- prevents ability to fight and run

You can use the prisoner as a punching bag.

Can be crafted upon research of the "Imprisonment" technology.
Heavy armor smithy is required.

Hello, I thank you very much for answering, I really want to practice the mod, so I got in touch, but if it is not possible all right. I just had the idea because recently I found a mod that made flashlights sell in all bars and it was great. I do not understand creating mods, I would love to learn. I appreciate your attention, congratulations and I look forward to producing. I'm not a skilled player so mods make all the difference. I even have ideas but without knowing how to do it are just that. Thanks again.

Hello Mod cool, but would it be possible to update and make the handcuffs sold in all cities? It would have much more use and very early.

Why not be able to make crude ones at a weapon smiths at tier3 to get some simple ones early on?
