Description
Description
Norca Engineering has been working with space engineers across the known galaxy to provide them with a new HUD that does not clash with other popular information systems used to aid their engineering efforts.

The system aims to present the important information in a clear and easy graphical way that is there when you need it but unobtrusive when it is not. The system is also designed to draw your attention to critical situations with the use of colour and animation.

4th October 2025
- Updated for the Apex Survival pack

26th January 2023
- Updated to correctly show the targeting indicator

26th November 2020
- Checked to ensure working in release 1.197

18th April 2020
- Fixed the warning displays which broke with the release of 1.194

24th October 2019
- Updated to work with the latest release 1.193

12th June 2019
- Modified the Centre warning about low power, starts with a smaller flashing power icon at 25% and then a bigger warning at 10%
- Internal code clean up to remove some of the unused code

9th June 2019
- Moved some of the icons around on the toolbar panel to allow for the introduction of the armour skin icon if you have the style pack

20th April 2019
- Updated the critical warning icons to display in a uniformed position

@NorcaSystems I thought that the Splitsie version included changing the warning times to something sane. Am I misremembering? (It hasn't been updated, so I can't check.)

The HUD is not linked to and does not trigger the sounds - that is somewhere else in the code.

Can this also play the 'oxygen/hydrogen low/critical' SFX at the *rational* levels your HUD cues use, unlike what Keen thinks is reasonable? I'm tired of stubbing my toes at Mach Jesus because I didn't notice that I had only 1 second of fuel left. (...and yes, if I am hyper-focused, I can *easily* miss a flashing visual cue.)

@Oddbase - it does have a radiation bar above the food bar but it only appears if your radiation level is above 0

this mod doesnt appear to have a radioactivity bar for some reason could you add one as its base game?

Norca your a complete CHAD if you make an update for the apex update, i love your Hud man, i always have, its been a staple of every playthrough right beside build info/vision
