Fallout - Vault 4 Survivors - Louis

Performing regular maintenance on Vault 4's terminal systems was the job Louis was initially brought in for. Shortly after though, it had come to the Overseer of Vault 4's attention that those who would leave on regular scouting missions had a tendency to return horribly irradiated and in dire need of stimpaks and Rad-Away. And with such a problem, Louis took on double duties as the Vault's resident IT specialist as well the Vault's stand-in "doctor". Don't worry though, you don't need a degree or years of medical school to jam a stimpak into your buddy and give them a pat on the back.

And now that there's only 4 of them left and an endless amount of ghouls, he's going to be doing just that a lot to keep his crew alive.

Louis dons a Vault Lab Tech coat over his Vault 4 jumpsuit with this mod, complete with first person arms, melee attachment, bile texture, and a neat glow-in-the-dark pipboy.
