ALLOFDAT, UPDATE THE MOD THUMBNAIL PLEASE. An updated and completely restructured version of LukyLucaz's increased resources mod. Highly compatible since it doesn't alter any base files. It adds only one new, separate file. It should fix the empty provinces and shouldn't crash anymore.

Before you ask if it works with the current version when you see the exclamation mark triangle in the list of mods in HoI4 Paradox launcher, I humbly request that you don't please. I delete rhetorical comments and questions about updating, as you may have noticed. Also, please don't tell me it doesn't work after you've started the game. It does, plain and simple. Resources don't appear until a few ticks into the game.

I'm open to changing the values of the resources to better represent the values in reality. I just haven't done all of the research, and I'm continuing the mod from other people's work.
