Though there are only 2 spots you can hide from them effectively, but having a medkit helps you regardless so it's alright.
The stealth is odd, it doesn't let the player catch up, it felt redundant when it doesn't matter anyways. Instead why can't we have a vantage point or a higher spot to view them instead of 'following them quietly'? That would be significantly easier.
Don't get me wrong, these maps are great! And the campaign overall are a confusing, combat are pretty hefty due to sheer amount of non-stop spawning enemies but it is manageable.
Also forgot to mention the variety of 'enemies' or their helmets and cosmetics overall on other chapters, it's cool.
