Parallel Ship Upgrades

Description
2.2.6 Now includes parallel ship upgrades! There is much rejoicing. This mod isn't really needed anymore, so instead, it simply halves the time it takes to do all upgrades.

Is this still usable? I only recently started playing this game and late game upgrades are like 4x slower than I can stomach.
