2. In Green Cities area of self-green buildings it's important to note that these buildings will not grow, because they're normal technology. Therfore have a different district, or a non-district for placing them without green cities rules! It is good to note in rule number two that ploppable Boston Apartments worked fine in any district area as they are 'Unique buildings' and do not count as residential.
3. It is important to make note of that if you plop unique buildings they count as tourist attractions not real apartments. To make them apartments, place the growable version in your residential non-green district!

I lived in Boston in USA in a similar housing apartment complex: We had 2 full apartments per floor. So that's 2x 8 floors = about 16 households per building. Hope the math checked out for you too.
