Just a simple port from original Insurgency map: siege_coop.

● Add ambient sounds for rainstorm weather
● Some changes on environment.(winds,lighting,etc.)
● func_areaportal issues fixed
● ins_viewpoint entity fixed
● Fully compiled version
● fog_controller entity removed
