Infinite Turrets

Description

New modified admin-only turret variants:

They can be turned on without power and can shoot without using any ammo! They also stack up to 1,000 and do not weigh anything!

They can only be spawned in via commands or by using creativemode.
Every other aspect about the turrets are the exact same as the vanilla items, meaning you can use these to test turrets instead of the normal ones.
