As title say, mod add some Faction bonuses to LL traits.

I am concerned about Markus Wulfhart while playing as the empire, since his faction trait is his play style. Will his effects be ALL included once he is confederated via playing as, lets say, karl franz? if so, will it only be him, or would every army that I own be affected? I personally enjoy his campaign mechanic but only if it is limited to himself, not everyone I own.
