Conclusion of the story about small village in which some demonic events occurred. The story includes adventure of one child, as well as some "features"[cut-scenes] of the map are not supported in multiplayer, which was the cause of the status "Single Player only".
Recommendations:
1. Noclip was not limited, so that your model is not accidentally stuck somewhere.
2. Disable all other addons, as they may conflict with the map.
