Working Combine Dropship NPCs

Description
Well this took a good long while to make.

After months of on and off work it is finally done.

OPERATIONAL Combine Dropships.

Dropships (should) now work on ALL maps
Recommended to spawn it in a wide open area.
If you are having an issue with getting the dropship to deploy, try spawning an NPC for it to target.

This Mod Includes :

- 10 NPCs

The Enemy MUST be on the GROUND for the Dropships to Fly to their landing spot and land!

- Each NPC carries a different type of Combine Soldier(s).
- Located in the "Combine Dropships" Category on the NPC Section of the Spawn Menu
- Dropships can be killed with the RPG.
- Citizen NPCs will shoot at the Dropship if they have an RPG as their weapon.
- Will create a ragdoll of the NPC on death. ( With some explosions, of course )
- After Deploying all Troops (or Strider), the dropship will fly away towards the edge of the map.
- If the dropship reaches the end of the map it will despawn to represent that it has "escaped" or "left the area".

- When dropship detects an enemy, it will choose a random spot in front of the enemy to deploy.
- Once deployed the dropship leaves the crate and the Soldiers start deploying.
- Soldiers deploy every 3 seconds.
- Soldiers form a formation when deploying from the dropships.
- Soldiers spawn in Squads.
- Soldier Patrol after all Soldiers have deployed from the crate if they didn't find an enemy during the process.
- Deploying Metrocops and Combine Soldiers can't take damage when performing the Deployment Sequence.

- There is are Easter Eggs in the console for when a Dropship leaves the map.

Dropship Types :

- Overwatch Squad (Tier 1): 3 SMG Soldiers, 1 Ar2 Soldier, 1 Shotgun Soldiers

- Overwatch Squad (Tier 2): 2 SMG Soldiers, 3 Ar2 Soldiers, 1 Shotgun Soldiers

- Civil protection Squad (Tier 1): 3 Pistol Metrocops, 1 SMG Metrocop, 1 SMG Metrocop with Manhack

- Civil protection Squad (Tier 2): 2 Pistol Metrocops, 2 SMG Metrocops, 2 SMG Metrocops with Manhacks

- Elite squad: 5 Combine Elites

- Overwatch Squad (Tier 3): 1 SMG Soldier, 4 Ar2 Soldiers, 1 Combine Elite soldier, 2 Shotgun Soldiers

- Random Overwatch Squad: 1 SMG Soldier, 4 Ar2 Soldiers, 1 Combine Elite soldier, 2 Shotgun Soldiers

- Shotgunner Squad: 5 Shotgun Soldiers

- Strider: Carries a Strider then deploys it when in position and has an enemy that is on the Ground.

- APC: Carries an APC then deploys it when in position and has an enemy that is on the Ground.

the dropship detaches the combine carrier when it lands but, in the game, it stays until the combine are finished unloading. pls patch
