South American Overhaul

Description
Why the hell would you want to play South America? Whatever the reason is this mod can help. Most South American overhauls just turn South America into a battle royale or just have Brazil eat all the other counties. I wanted South America to have it's own conflict and wars instead. If all the focuses go the way they should the continent will turn into a continental wide war with Brazil, Bolivia and Chile on one side and The Confederation of Fascists, Peru and Argentina on the other.

Now what is The Confederation Of Fascists? Well I belive South America is just too boring on it's own so I added a country. It's basically the Germany of South America if you can't think of it as its own country. It formed because Brazilian and Venezulan Fascists seized control of the European colonies around 1929 as the Great Depression hit.

Now remember this mod is in 0.000000000000000000000000000001 Beta Alpha so not all countries are created equally so heres the general rule.

PSA:
If you play this with Road to 56 it seems to change some land from the Confederation Of Fascists to the dutch. The middle land belongs to the netherlands. Hope it will be helpful :)
