Anti-NoClip

Description
Fully repair Anti-NoClip and created new functions: Rocket, Down, Heal, Mingebag.

Added console server command:
antinoclip_adminonly 1 -- Only Admin can use "Anti-NoClip" On
antinoclip_adminonly 0 -- Only Admin can use "Anti-NoClip" Off (Use tool all users)

Added new admin checkbox: Admin can pass through objects other players.

Is there any addons does have the anti-noclip prop so it can stop noclip prop?

The addon is fully working, I did not find any conflicts with Smooth Noclip.
Check that there is no checkbox in the field "Admin can pass through objects other players."

Is this for disabling noclip through world also? Im looking for addon that will make normal people only fly but not noclip though the world.
