MapVote (with ULX Votemap Exclude support)

Description
Edits (and replaces) MapVote - Fretta-like Map Voting which adds features by multiple other contributors such as EX3MP, Xterminator, Tyrantelf, and Lumien.

Changes
  • Maps added to the Votemap Exclude list from the ULX admin panel will automatically be excluded by this too
  • Selection UI uses a slightly-modified version of Lumien's UI which shows map icons instead of just the map name
  • Added ability to show Random Map button via the new "AllowRandom" configuration
  • Added cl_mapvote_voter_alpha convar to allow users to control how visible the voter icons are
  • Added auto mapvote support for Prop Hunt
  • Misc. bug fixes and tweaks

Map Icons
Now that this version has been updated to use map icons you'll probably want to find a addon that provides icons for any maps that don't have them embedded. I would recommend searching the workshop for popular ones, but here are a few options:

That just happens sometimes when the Steam workshop is acting up. Or when there are write issues on your server (like permissions or lack of disk space)

it may not be because of .gma filename, it just gets "Download Failed! Generic failure!" when the server trys to download the update of the addon

I haven't changed the upload process at all so any download problems would be Steam's fault

server can't download addon since last addon update, because .gma file name isn't the addonID anymore

If it's only a few you can also use the map setting and set the minimum players to something absurd like 100, but you'd need to do that for each map you don't want to show up

No, it just pulls from the maps you have available on your server. If you want to exclude maps, it integrates with ULX's votemap exclude list.

i think it checks your gamemode and then uses that gamemode's prefix, but you can also edit the prefixes in the config i think
