LostEms

Description
For most recent commits check the unstable branch at the GitLab repo[gitlab.com].

The mod adds the skin changer mechanic to provide alternative appearance options for many items without adding a recipe for each variant, as well as a lot of vanilla-style items: windows, doors, furniture, decor, you name it.

-------------------------------------------
Some of the recpies seem to have been lost for a long time. Why tall clay windows can be tan, but not blue? Why a chair can have cathedral arch while windows cannot? Why only the small stone window can be cross beamed? Why only the Potter can insert lattice into window frames and why the Engineer cannot craft double doors?

Well, with LostEms mod such problems are no more. The goal of this lttle mod is to add items suiting the vanilla Stonehearth theme complimentary to the existing sets. However, as that could create a serious mess in the crafting UI, many of the additions are just skins of existing items: craft now, decide later!
-------------------------------------------
I'm doing my best to provide compatibility for the latest stable ACE version. It usually takes me a few weekends to get an update ready so please stay tuned!

Default hotkey to change skins: /
Major updates (v2.0, v3.0, v4.0) are NOT backward-compatible with previous saves!

After enabling any mod adding new hotkeys you should restart Stonehearth app completely (not just reload the mod configuration) because hotkey list is only regenerated then. It's a base game bug I cannot do anything about.
-------------------------------------------
NOTE: Please post bug reports in dedicated Steam Group Chat or as a new discussion thread instead of writing a comment (this will also make it easier for me to get information how to reproduce the bug).

The subterranean_view_service.lua which gives this error is not modded by LostEms. It's caused by some other mod.

The Get Bounds Error happens to me occasionally as well. Just need to restart.

I always test the new version before release and never had such a problem. Must be caused by a different mod.

Hello,

I am loving your mod, it's amazing to get tons of aesthetically things that otherwise wouldn't be available, however, I've seen that BS citizens would start repairing damaged doors, but the health of the door will never go up, the door will never get repaired, and the citizen will eventually starve to dead if not commanded to do something else. The only work around I've found is to craft a new door and replace it.

Other than that, awesome mod, keep it up. :steamhappy:

@Rhyagelle: thanks for pointing this out, there was a wrong file path mixed in, it will be fixed in the next update!
@astarinlife: I am updating the mod for latest ACE updates right now, it will be fixed in the next update.
