fixed that exploit and also decided to fix 15daflynn's exploit that i considered leaving in.

This is another really nicely designed puzzle. I solved it the intended way but I couldn't find any exploits that haven't already been done.

For that, I recommend moving that pulley more to the right.

No, sorry, I didn't notice it at first. I still can pop the balloon with gears by using your static pulley to light the bulb.
