No Glow

Description
Removes ALL glow around ships. Glow around projectiles isn't totally removed or they'd be invisible, but it's greatly reduced. The HDR effect is greatly reduced so you may notice things look flatter. Not all particle effects are affected though so thrusters look about the same.
