Cutlass IV Mod H Tactical Corvette

Description
The next major modification for the Cutlass Series is here! The Cutlass IV (Modification H)!

Original Text from Cutlass III Post (To give newcomers context): "It's a major overhaul of the Cutlass starter ship in the game. It's gone through very many changes to make the little armour it has rather effective."

The Cutlass III was a good ship, however, with some overhauls and all sorts of optimizations made, it's now even better. I've added enhancements like railgun attachments to the main gun, better sailing and top speed consistency, optimizations to defensive countermeasures against lasers and missiles, ACBs tweaked to work better, and much more.

The "Mod. H" is leftover from when I attempted to make the ship "hover" above the sea level using hydrofoils to decrease drag and increase speed. It was a complete success, however... I deemed an uncontrollable flying ship as not combat capable. The name hyphen just kinda stuck after that.

Statistics:

Material Cost: 29,419

Dimensions:

Length: 53m
Beam (Width): 15m
Height: 14m (Not sure how much I trust that measurement because I'm pretty sure I added a few things to make it taller.)
Draft (Hull Underwater Depth): ~8m

Performance:

Engine Type: Fuel Combustion
Engine Power: 1,200 (Whatever unit the game uses.)
Top Speed: 25.00 m/s (Now, a consistent speed.)
Combat Speed: ~19.00 m/s (This is due to the extra stress added on the engine during combat.)

Storage Onboard:

11,000 Material
9,000 Electric + 2x 2m RTG Generators
3,200 Ammunition
16,000 Fuel (The ship does tend to guzzle fuel [Still].)

WARNING: DOES NOT INCLUDE HEARTSTONE IN DESIGN

Full List of Changes Made from Cutlass III:

< Main gun converted to Hybrid between railgun draw and conventional gunpowder. +Speed +Accuracy to shot.
< Bow extended and shape optimized for best possible water dispersion and minimal drag. +Ship Speed +Stability
< Altitude PID created and Hydrofoil Pitch PID tweaked to maintain level sailing for the gun platform. +Accuracy
< Aft extended and tapered for better water dispersion. +Speed
< More anti-missile countermeasures added such as many flairs and more interceptor missiles.
< More smoke generators added to increase countermeasure against lasers.
< Internal Power Storage increased to 9K rather than the 3K it used to be.
*< Telescopic Piston mounted Heat Decoy removed due to redundancy of flairs.
< Single tube depth torpedo turret removed as it was unnecessary due to three tube turret on keel being installed.
< Turret mounted Laser Warner, 90 Deg. IR Camera, 360 Deg. Camera Tracker, and Active Radar Gimbal installed. (Will track targets automatically, providing better range estimates with the 90 Deg. IR Camera).
< Laser Warner on main gun turret moved one meter port (left facing forward) due to need for protection over railgun attachments.
< Telescopic Piston now acts as an out of combat mast with a light on top. (Decoration really).
< A bunch of really tiny and minor stuff like replacing the bow with alloy rather than all steel because of balancing.
< PIDs and ACBs got messed around with a lot along with me adding a few more, but now the shields actually work right.
< Barrels of main guns changed. Removed muzzle break to increase shell speed, moved bore evacuator a little further back purely due to "it looks better".
< Waterline has this sweet gold stripe.
< Ship has new white and gray paint, but a lot of the internals are just a mess of different paints from previous ships.
< Some other minor stuff I may have forgotten about.

If any of you have any problems with the ship, please let me know and I will work to resolve them.

Tactics:
1. The Cutlass IV isn't built to fight alone. Sending it out in packs of three is a minimum unless you're fighting an enemy of equal size.

2. During long engagements, she will drain your resources as she can repair herself very quickly.

3. The vessel is meant for mid-to-late-game players who have the resources to build it in bulk.

It is truly a very small ship compared to most others on the Workshop, so it will also be easy to run on a lower end PC such as my own. (Excluding the buttload of flairs.)

If anyone does use this and modify it drastically to make it more end-game friendly, let me know. I'd love to see this ship even more advanced than it already is. Follow me if you want to see more of these designs.

Next, I'm working on improving any kinks it may have during combat. After that, I'll see if I can make its engine a bit more fuel friendly while not compromising for power.
