This mod unlock all idea groups from administrative levels 3-10 which makes players just feel like playing a RPG that you can invest your skill points in the skill tree early and freely.

偷偷挖个坟。。。dalao知道现在创意工房mod下载以后放哪了吗，记得以前都是在文档里面的，但是不知道从啥时候开始下载更新的mod都没出现在开始加载mod的选项里，文档里也找不到。。。

Is there a version of this that gives you 10 idea groups instead of 8?

So it seems whenever this mod is enabled with Extended Timeline it stunts my military tech and claims its 375ish years ahead of time but every other tech is fine and more advanced by about 20 levels.
