Lol i forgot to reply to this but i think this had to do with some material mods i had, also this mod intruduced me to pac 3 and i still dont know how the clip tool works it's like black magic

one group is for thirdperson view so other players can see it, and another group is for firstperson so you can see it

you need to transfer it from the barrel onto yourself then it will replace the revolver

Yes, the pac3 is on the barrel. It's not an item, maybe you should learn pac3 before you use this.
