What I would do is extend the wall to make it harder for the laser to pop the ballon and flick the switch in one motion , but it is up to you. You could ultimately delete the scissors to give it some extra difficulty. There's options here to make this puzzle better.

locking the switches would make it quite obvious what to do. im leaving it.
