combat changes and triple unit size

this mod combines my triple unit size mod with my combat changes mod

if for some reason the modmanager marks this as out of date, but all you need to do is enable out of date mods then check my mod.

if anyone wants changes made feel free to request them in the comments, and i will implement them as i see fit.
