A hanging object that provides lighting and drops water. The artificial light and rain can be turned off by connecting a wire.

Available at the Terramart for 500 pixels.

Warning:
Use on a station or ship may cause flooding. Use with care.

Hmm I opened up Rexmeck's Item Editor, seems like there's no parameters I can edit. Maybe try using a trap and replacing the projectiles of the trap with snowflakes or snowballs?

Hmm let me try and edit it (using item editors), I'm sure it can simply be solved by replacing the projectiles generated.

or you could just drill out a background tile on the surface layer of the planet and the water will auto drain
