Zombies arent spawning

wtf is this map? Im nearly 10 minuets in and havent had one zombie and cant get past round one as others stated. I found the knife on the side and went into the basement to which there is nothing there to interact with. I have run around numerous times and still have not figured it out. HORRIBLE MAP
