From the visual novel Katawa Shoujo, featuring the in-game image of Hanako and Lilly sharing a wholesome embrace. Please note, the image is not in full 1080p as it's taken directly from the game (which is in a lower, 4:3 resolution by default).
I did a bit of editing to extend the background as well. I smoothed it out as best I could, so I hope it isn't very noticeable.
