About:
Ququee͠ suggested trying a couple of towers in Melbourne. Aurora piqued my interest enough to try although I think this may be the last for a while as UV mapping tall towers is quite boring. I tried to stick to the plans as close as possible although I didn't add the balconies on the lower floors as it was going to be a hassle to map properly and I wanted to dedicate the larger texture space to the main windows.

The building will feature LED lights that are multi-colored and are animated. While that may be theoretically possible to emulate using Ronyx69's Custom Light Effects, I was a bit over with this project, so I added a few "purple" strips up the tower that I have illuminated as well at night.

I may get up some furniture and a pool decal on the workshop to put up on the Stratus Club deck that is thematically similar to the renders that I found online on what it should look like, but in the interim I would recommend checking out the furniture pack by Polygon as I will be emulating that style for the larger couches.

As a final note for those re-creating Melbourne. The Eureka Tower by Adamdabuilder appears to be a bit smaller than my model of Aurora Melbourne Central. I realised this after placing them side by side that my building is taller although in reality should be about 20 metres smaller, but given that they aren't in the same suburb, should be fine :-).

For those interested, this is the Australia Coast HD map theme by pdelmo.

Looks great. Have been spending too much time modelling that my new city has stalled and none of my old cities will load so thanks for attaching the screenshot.

@Ququee͠, glad you like it. I will try to get at a couple more skyscrapers eventually, but will tackle a few smaller Melbourne projects first.
