Description
The Legend was true, and the Arch-Mage was hiding it all along!

* Gloves are found in the Arch-Mage's quarters
* You can learn it's effects and make other items with fortify enchanting
* Craftable at the Atronach Forge, the recipe has the same chance of being found as all other recipes
* Should conflict only with mods that change the Arch-Mage quarters and maybe Atronach Forge's recipes
* Due to some requests, now the gloves are stashed on a secret stash somewhere in the archmage's quarters

P.S: I won't put them in some obvious and simple place, if you don't want to search for them, open the console and type:

help "Master Enchanter Gloves"

you'll find out the itemID and can simply add it to your inventory with the command:

player.additem itemID 1

To all those who found the gloves before the last update, your gift is an extra set of gloves :D

Fortify Enchanting is a real game unlocker. If you end up triple stacking Fortify Enchanting potions, on a fortify enchanting object, you end up making things to make you unstoppable.
As Dovakin, this makes perfect sense, especially that you are FAR more advanced and more powerful than the ancient first Dovakin. (Better understanding of magic, energies, souls, and science). I found out do go over %1,500 Enchanting increases, your ultra enhanced numbers for damage and magic become too high, and may lead to instant crashes or game instability.
(32 Bit original Skyrim game... the newer 64 Bit Anniversary Edition may be more stable.)

Found it. its in a Godly spot. all i can say about it is that it is in "Nature."

open the consal and typer in - help gloves- and it will be at the bottom of the list.

the consal comand doesnt work what do i do? and deoes any one know where it is? cause I want those gloves. or could some one hep the consal comand.

@Mogsy I would if I had the SSE version ;P
But it might work just the same, maybe just copy the mod files to the SSE installation is enough, not sure
