No idea, Ark may have messed with something that caused this, but as far as I know this would only happen if they game thought you were trying to mesh

i don't know if its the mod but for some reason i keep getting teleported and or killed every time it has happened it was when i was using the mod item?

Found it. Here is an example of a way to input it into game.ini:

OverrideNamedEngramEntries=(EngramClassName="EngramEntry_ClimbingPick_MyMod_C",EngramLevelRequirement=15,EngramPointsCost=0,EngramHidden=False,RemoveEngramPreReq=True)
