Better Merchants

Description
Makes merchants more interesting.
But only for tenants and merchants in settlements.

Wandering merchants and specific merchants remained the same (like frog in swamps).


Features:
-Uncommon/Rare melee random weapons can appear in Merchant stock.
-Uncommon/Rare ranged random weapons can appear in Merchant stock.
-Number of available items is increased from 10 to 15.

Gotta say this is a good mod. I quite like it.
Though it strikes me as odd that it conflicts with this mod, and prevents the tile effects:

I'm guessing this mod is dead, but if anyone has any ideas as to how I to fix the two mods up, I'll be grateful.

I'm using frackin universe, and I just saw the below comment. Can I safely uninstall this?

Sorry but no. Im use path system but with "replace" operation.
it's easy to fix (Just need change some lines) but im no time for it. Also need some debug test.
