[Alpha 10] Horizon Outpost Concrete

Replaced all steel blocks with their concrete equivalent.
Our favourite outpost is now much easier to afford.
I also added signals and sensors for dynamic illumination.
I tried my best to replicate the texturing since concrete and steel blocks have a different selection.


everyting else is pretty much unchanged. that means no new stuff like solar panels

Can someone tell me were the 5 sathium ingots are used? I'm afraid I overlooked hardened/combat steelblocks.
