The Cedar Creek Nuclear power plant used to have a water pumping station. After it being closed down to new state laws, the company still used the railway passing trought it to receive materials. Local extremists got tired of the power plant's abandonned sites and decided destroying the main power lines out the plant was a good idea to wake them up aswell as crashing one of their outgoing loads. This is the very first version of this map.
