Probably, no way to ban specific trains in specific track.
In my case, I ban local slow trains with AVO.
If set to that, local trains are not appearing as outside line, but you can use it as local line(may also need IPT?).
I recommend this.

I see. But I don't know why that happen in this track only, sorry.
I suggest one solution that only use "Network Skins" to delete pillars.
I don't need "No Pillars" when delete pillars now.
In that case, after load the save, the pillars are hidden correctly.
(If you need Zooning features in "No Pillars", I recommend "Zoning toolset (toggle + upgrade tool)")

Yes, I was working it some days before.
But it was little difficult to make the track connection beautifully.
Maybe I'll release it in someday, but I don't know when it is. Sorry...
