Currently there are a few commonly used ACF engine models and sounds so people don't get errors if they don't manually install the addon. The full ACF addon is too large to put on the workshop and can be found here: https://github.com/nrlulz/ACF

If you don't know what ACF is, it adds realistic engines to use in place of thrusters in prop cars.
