She comes from one of Speedo Sausage's videos where he/she(idk) made an animation for the Flash Drive song.

Don't know the backstory but I believe that Speedo asked Skudd to model the female character. Skudd complied and seeing as the model was to be used for 1 sec of animation, Skudd most likely opted to make a low-poly version. No point in a high-polyed one. That's just my assumption.

The model appears in the 28th second mark.

The mouth is a texture. Nothing on the inside. Could've modeled a mouth but I don't expect this chick to be used much.
